SRAG Tennis Coaching Programmes
A complete introductory program for kids in the age group 5-9 years. Participants in this age group are introduced to tennis by use of modified soft tennis balls. Emphasis is on the development of their hand-eye coordination skills by way of fun-filled tennis games and activities.
The students are introduced to more advanced strokes. Stroke correction and fine-tuning are emphasized. Students are introduced to moderate tennis-specific physical training with more flexibility, strength & development. Coaches introduce a new level of tactics and development to students.
This is a beginner program for students new to the game of tennis. Basic strokes of tennis and rules of the game are introduced to the students. Introduced and emphasized are concepts of rallying from different positions of the tennis court. This Program is ideal for age 7 years to 11 Years old.

The program is for teens who have mastered the skills in tennis and needed to move up to the matchplay level. Emphasis is on the mental and tactical development of the player. Regular practice matches and video analysis of matches are part of the program.
